I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was alright and the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff lacked professionalism and courtesy, making my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were decent, but there were definite areas for improvement.

My experience at the resort was overall fantastic! The property was beautiful, and I was welcomed by an incredibly warm and courteous staff. The room was spacious and immaculate, but I did notice that the linens were a bit worn out. The dining experience was excellent with great food, but the only downside was the lack of a view from the room. I would definitely choose this resort again during my future trips to Darjeeling!
